See it . Believe it. Achieve it.

The mind is more powerful than the body. If you can clearly see in your mind what life you want, what goal you want to achieve. You can have it.


3 Steps:
1. Clearly seeing the goal

2. Believing the goal is achievable, it will happen.

3. Applying movement to the goal, actions taken to make it reality.


So lets break it down.

Set no limitations: What is it you want to achieve?

Take time to clear your mind and now put the goal there, what would life feel like if this goal was achieved? Now, make your body feel that emotion. For example my goal is to be able to impact people’s lives in a positive way, bring about change that will make them happier motivated people.


What would that look like?
My blogs would have high engagement, a community of like-minded people would come together. I would receive messages of the positive changes they have made, they would tell their friends or family about those changes and encourage them to join our community.


What would that feel like?
 I would feel joy, a sense of achievement, pride in our community, motivated and energised each day for who I can help next.


What steps do I need to take to get there?
Rebrand of my social media, search out like-minded people and events, further self-education, a vision board, daily action, morning mantras, giving thanks – like I have already achieved it.

And I am sure there is a lot more I still need to do and add to this list. But this is my starting point.
