My Secret Tip to a Tighter Tummy

When I need to get my tummy tighter these are my go to tricks to get there.
I usually will do this for 7 -14 days. This is not nutritional advice, just what works for me and my body type.

  1. Swap Red Meat for Fish or Chicken
    I will make all my protein meals white fish or chicken and I always steam or grill them. I love spice so I usually will also add 20ml of sriacha sauce to my plate.
  2. Fill up on greens
    Rather than my usual white rice and pasta or bread, I fill myself up with steamed crunchy greens, broccoli, asparagus or make green beans. A big bowl of steamed greens that are still crunchy with some olive oil and himalayan pink salt, does the trick for me.
  3. Start my days with warm water, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar
    I’ll boil a mug of water, add quarter of a lemon juice and one shot of apple cider vinegar.
  4. Cut Alcohol yep good bye alcohol.
    I don’t find this particularly hard to do. Its chocolate that the hardest to cut.
  5. Skipping.
    I add in a skipping session everyday. I don’t need to leave home to do it. So 2 minutes skipping 1 min rest. I do this for 20mins.
  6.  Cut Sugar
    Yep no sweets for a week. If the cravings get bad I have a herbal tea with Stevia.
  7.  Water
    I up my water, I will increase from 2 litres to 3.
