My fave workout mixes right now
I promised on my instastory @djkittykat_official this week, that I would re-share the mixes that have been pushing me so hard in my workouts. I am 2.5kgs and going strong.
Session 8 I trained to a gruelling circuit today, took 45mins to stop the nausea post session.
Session One is an oldie but a killer
